  • 1:17 The Imported Data
  • 1:39 The "Group" Column is "Text" it needs to be a number
  • 1:44 A Number like this Column "listSets"
  • 2:19 Extract the "Text" into a new Table
  • 2:29 Select "Query design" from the "Create Ribbon"
  • 2:37 Chose the Table "tblWeddingChecklist"
  • 2:53 You only want the "Group Field"
  • 3:02 Open the Query Property sheet
  • 3:10 Set "Unique Values" to "Yes"
  • 3:19 Run the Query to see a list of unique Values
  • 3:50 "Make Table" from the unique list
  • 3:55 Press Make Table Button
  • 4:00 Enter a Table Name
  • 4:15 open this new table in design view and insert a row called ID as Auto Number
  • 4:30 Make the ID the Primary Key
  • 4:48 The New Table
